Aurabox Concierge

The Aurabox Concierge helps doctors and patients collate, locate and upload patient imaging, by contacting and searching imaging suppliers.

The Aurabox Concierge is an add-on for Pro accounts.

How to access the concierge

The Concierge is currently available by request for new accounts, without charge, for a trial period. Please use the Chat function if you’d like to access the service.

Note

The Concierge operates on a best-effort basis, and does not currently upload imaging held by patients, for example on CD or USB (unless that imaging is also available from an imaging suppliers).

Using the Concierge

1. Select the patient from your patient list and click “Open a new Concierge request” from the sidebar. If the option is not present, contact support to enable the Concierge on your acccount.
2. Provide us with any information on the patient’s imaging history that you have. E.g. PET CT performed at Mater Imaging in early 2022.
3. Select “Submit”

We will get to work on your request and notify you once the imaging has been located and uploaded into the patient’s profile. This may take up to 5 business days. Please indicate in the “Imaging history” field if your request is urgent

If possible, let the patient know that Aurabox will be contacting them to assist them to locate and upload their imaging. Providing a phone number for the patient will allow us to get in contact with them sooner.

Additional information where the patient has an account

If the patient has accepted their account, in order for Aurabox to look for and upload imaging for a patient, the patient must have granted permission Aurabox to access their account, and act on their behalf to obtain imaging, or the blanket permission "Allow Aurabox to securely manage access to my data".

If the patient has not granted these permissions, Aurabox will request them from the patient.
