Connections

Connections are customised sharing and requesting targets that allow you to build a network of connected imaging providers, hospitals and specialists.

With Connections, you can:

• Request medical imaging uploads from anyone in the world, regardless of whether they use Aurabox
• Share medical imaging data with anyone in the world, regardless of whether they use Aurabox
• Control who can requesting imaging uploads from you Coming soon
• Control who can dynamically query your imaging data Coming soon

Tip

Connections are only visible to your team members. They are not visible to your patients or other Aurabox users.

Managing Connections

On the Network page

Connections are managed from the Network page under “Connections”.

When requesting imaging

Connections can also be added when you are requesting imaging from a third-party.

1. Choose the patient you are requesting imaging for.
2. Select “Add Records” > “Imaging”
3. Select “Request from Provider”

A page will load showing the My Connections and Provider Directory tabs. You can use the Add Connection button to add a new connected provider.
